Free Online Class for Expecting Parents in BC

This class is taught by experienced Registered Nurses with additional certification as Breastfeeding Counsellors or Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs). It’s designed for expecting parents, new parents, and anyone planning ahead for their breastfeeding journey.

This class welcomes all parents and feeding journeys, including those who chestfeed, bodyfeed, or provide human milk in other ways.

Whether you’re preparing to breastfeed in the coming weeks, have recently had your baby, or are newly pregnant and planning ahead, this class will help you feel confident, informed, and supported for your breastfeeding journey. Our goal is to give you clear, realistic, and evidence-based information you can trust. We want you to feel empowered and ready when it’s time to feed your baby.
