This free, live, online Pregnancy Class is designed for anyone who wants to understand what’s happening in their body, what’s normal, and what comes next.

Taught by Registered Nurses who are Certified Childbirth Educators with specialized training in Perinatal Nursing, this class provides trusted, evidence-based information to guide you through every stage of pregnancy from the early weeks of pregnancy through to your third trimester. You’ll learn what changes to expect, how to care for yourself, and when to start planning for your prenatal classes and newborn education.
